To my fellow Americans and Veterans

November 11, 2008

Thank you from the bottom of my heart, thank you. It is because of brave men and women like you that we have such a great country.

I heard an interview on the radio last week. Some of the migrate workers and laborers who traveled great distances, pioneered from various countries to make it on to American soil were asked, times are tough are you going back to your home country? The emphatic answer was NO! The worst day here is by far better than the best day there.

It has been a historic year, with the election, banking problems, Wall Street corruption, mortgage meltdown, housing bubble and the myriad of all other quarks that have happened.

2008 will go down in the history books. But it will go in the history books as a time that this nation despite all the chaos, me, you, we the citizens of the United States of America saw and looked ahead and moved forward, striving ahead toward new accomplishments and milestones. There is greatness in this country and it boils down to each and every single individual.

Thank you Veterans for our freedoms. Your forefathers would be proud. Thank you my fellow Americans for putting up the good fight here on our home soil and teaching our children to stand up and move forward.

God bless the USA.
